Does anyone know WTF this all means? It reminds me of the rebuses on beer caps but those I could figure out. This is a bike tire inner tube. I already knew how to put it in, but now I’m flummoxed.

Isn’t this a Specialized tube? It’s pretty self explanatory but, from left to right, top to bottom: ensure the tube sits inside of the tire, ensure the tire size matches the tube size, verify both beads are seated in the rim, and check the bead at 15 psi to ensure they’re still seated before inflating fully.
Clockwise from top left: 1 check inside tire for burrs that might pop tube. And probably showing how to put tube into tire…
2. Make sure width of tire and width of inner tube are similar
3. Watch to make sure tire bead seats against rim properly and inflate to 15 psi to seat bead of tire to rim.
4. Same as three but saying beware of bead not seating on rim properly.
