    That’s a sticky freehub. You need to take the cassette off then the freehub body and give it a clean & lube.

    Have a search on YouTube for a video, it’s simple enough if you have the tools already.

    Not entirely unusual. There is always a certain amount of friction between the free hub and wheel body.

    Certainly, if nothing else is obvious, a free hub service/Lube will fix this. That shouldn’t be expensive at your LBS. depending on the type of free hub you can diy if you have the right tools and some patience. Just be mindful there are some free hubs that are a little complicated and can spring apart like a watch.

    Pretty normal and not something that I ever worry about. Yeah, it can generate a tiny bit of extra drag when you ride but only when freewheeling, whenever you pedal the free-hub will be engaged and this won’t be a factor at all. You can also see this as a sign that you have a nice free-spinning BB since even the residual drag in the free-hub is enough to spin it.
