The pedal crank was becoming loose and fell off, the threads are stripped i can tighten it back on but it keeps becoming loose again. Whats my next step somebody help!!

New crank. Or used crank from a bike collective.
The square is no longer a square shape so it will wiggle off no matter what from now on. A new one is needed.
