I also have rain jacket and pants, aswell as 3 shirts, some underwear and a fleece. Also packed food which weights around 2kg. Total weight between 2x 25L panniers, framebag and handlebag is ~13.5kgs.
Looks ok to me. Can you, perhaps get an inflatable mattress? Saves a bit of space, and more comfy.
What bike will you be using, and what storage system? Panniers / bike-packing set up?
EDIT: What food are you bringing? I’d probably cut this 2 kilo part down.

Looks good. That torch is not needed I think. Head torch alone is perfect. It really looks like with 2 panniets and frame bag you will have moré than enough storage. And you always have place left on top of rear rack

Looks good to me! I just did a 3000km trip Ireland to Spain and feel like I brought a bit more than that. You can prob forget the torch tho

It’s not too much. Many people have the ultra light ethos, and while that works for many, it’s not the only way. Last summer my wife and I rode about 2400km with much more. We camped most of the time, cooked most meals and carried things to make our trip comfortable. Her bike and gear weight 78lbs and mine 98 lbs.
That said, we followed canals and rivers from La Havre to Montpellier and didn’t have any difficult climbs. If we rode through the mountains I’d reduce the weight we carried.

Ah…soliciting advice as a way to humble brag about an undoubtedly awesome upcoming trip. I hope you have a great time! We all know the right answer…it’s about the ride not the stuff, take what you want, ditch the gear you don’t need, and grab the gear you do on the way.

A couple of quick links, some quick patches.
The reality is, in our experience, our pack size doesn’t change much on a short tour vs a longer one.

I’d ditch the camera and its accessories and just use my phone.

Years ago I met a woman on a ride since we were going the same route for a bit. She always smelled wonderful. Her trick was a few small double ziplock bags with a cotton ball inside that was soaked in her favorite perfumes. A little dab and you’re good to go.
Might be a little lighter than the glass bottle… I might also add another pair of socks 🧦 enjoy!
