    Your hanger is deffinitely tweaked. The top jockey wheel should be in line with the cassette cogs. 95% conviction on this one.

    Looks like something happened to the upper pulley. Maybe you can bend it back with a wrench but I think you might need a new derailleur. Good news is that they are kind of cheap depending on their tier of course

    That looks like you’ve shifted gear but not pedalled to move the chain, you’re applying sideways movement on the mech.

    The angle of the upper jockey wheel indicates that either the hanger bent or the mech is fucked.

    Either way, the cage isn’t bent.

    That derailleur is chewed up, replace it.

    The hanger will need a simple re alignment, it’s worth doing weather you think it looks bent or not. any bike shop can do this or you can buy the alignment tool.

    The nice thing about those being made out of steel is that they can be carefully bent back.

    Top pulley should be aligned with the cassette. Your hanger looks bent.
