2 weeks ago I posted that I bought a Revel Rascal and the bike shop built out the wrong size frame. Lots of great advice from all of you here on Reddit, and so I went back to the shop and unsurprisingly they were super accommodating and understanding. They got me fully set up on a brand new frame in the correct size (Rascal SL now instead of the Rascal V2). You were all VERY correct, the medium feels so much better!
Also yeah l know that Revel is out of business and I probably should have asked for a different frame entirely, but I bought this to ride it and have fun in the mountains, not as an investment piece. It's crazy fun and I'm happy on it, and that's all that matters.
Big shoutout to Salt Cycles here in SLC for getting me set up on my dream bike.

Revel is the right choice, I have a V1 Rascal and just picked up a Rail29 because I could not resist the deal. I hope they live on, but if not, I have two bikes I love to keep me rolling for years to come.
Rip revel. I love my rail27.5 and my gf loves her rascal. Great bikes.
