I would like to mount panniers (like Ortlieb gravel 12.5l) on a low-rider rack, but I do not know which one to buy or if there are compatible racks at all for a carbon fork.
The bike is an Axess Creed EQ (not very well known, Manufacturer Link). The fork is carbon with three M5 mounts per side. The manufacturer says 7kg per side of the fork each is the max load.
Alternatively I could buy the Ortlieb fork pack, which does not require a rack, but it's only 5.8l and 3 KG per bag – quite tiny in my opinion and well below the fork's weight limit.
Do you have any suggestions which low rider or other rack would work to mount a bit bigger panniers (like 9-15l)?

Does the fork specyfies max load per eyelet? I think it should, as “7kg per side” doesn’t really tell you how much load each individual mount can support. If if doesn’t I’d assume that 7 kg refers to cages that use all three eyelets. For a paninier rack you want one that engages 4 points on the sides (so 2 mounts for each side) for maximum load carrying capacity. So something like Tubus Tara. And better to ask fork manufacturer if it would be ok to use front rack at all, you shouldn’t mess around with carbon.
the tubus tara is my highest recommendation I absolutely love it, it will def fit on that bike and works on carbon forks!
