I’m rebuilding a fixie that I bought second hand and is in pretty bad condition. I managed to remove the other 3 bolts that were rusted using wd-40 but can’t remove the last one. The bolt attached to the wheel spindle doesn’t seem to budge and is now pretty rounded off…. Anything else I can try doing that’s not going to break the bank? Thanks to anyone who can help!

put another good bolt on the other side and sinch it down pretty good and then take a monkey wrench and try to take it off. if it’s still not moving take a cone wrench and hold the hub from spinning and try to take it off again
