    Chain tug.

    You’ll have to buy a new pair probably, doubt anyone will sell you just the missing part.

    OP. A chain tug just helps you position the rear wheel and tension the chain before you clamp the lock nuts/ axle nuts.

    Whilst it’s very handy to have one for setting the wheel in the right position, once the nuts are tightened it doesn’t perform any function.

    Since you only have one you can use it to set your chain side tension then position your wheel alignment by hand or by jamming something like an old tennis ball between the wheel and the seatpost. For free.

    Also, totally not essential. Makes life easier for getting chain tension right, but you can certainly do without.
