So when pumping my tires, the top part of the valve keeps also spinning off while removing the head of the pump. Is there anything to do or should I change my inner tube?
You can just screw the valve core back into the valve.

Also try replacing the core if it keeps coming out

You should be able to get the core out of the pump.
Screw it back into the valve into the tube, snug it up properly (you can get a valve core tool very cheaply, it will save you doing damage to the core).
I would apply a little bit of grease to the threads that the pump screws on to, it might help to prevent it from binding.

Take a look at the valve core that came out. There should be some flat spots on it. Get a valve core wrench and some blue Loctite and use the tool on the flats to thread the core back in tight. Let the Loctite cure for a day.
You might be able to use an adjustable wrench on the flats if you have one that is small enough.

You simply unscrewed the valve core, that is a removable and replaceable part of a presta valve. Simply take it out of the pump and screw it back in, if you don’t have the little valve core tool you can use some pliers on the flat side part of the core. Just snug it down but not too crazy.
Also, tighten the valve more. This happens to everyone once or twice. Nbd.

i had this problem on tpu tubes with a lezyne mini pump that has a screw on mount. your pump looks similar? if so, there are pumps with clamp on mounts. i got a mini pump from topeak. there are many out there, also big ones. this should solve your issue.

Since literally nobody else is understanding your question… Try making sure the valve core is snug, and don’t tighten the pump down all the way, just enough that it seals. Screw on pumps are the literal worst for this reason. Long term recommendation is to get a quick connect pump/pump head of some kind.

Get a pump with a proper head that does not unscrew the valve core.

I hate this screw on style pump. They constantly pull valve course out of wheels. I’ve gotten rid of my pump that screwed on and replaced it for one that clip on.

Quit using screw on pump heads with presta valves.

Put that thing back in. Why did you pull out?
That’s what she said.
You forgot to screw down the valum stem
Use a pair of pliers to tighten the valve core. Then get a [valve cap with an integrated removal slot ](https://www.amazon.ca/UNICHE-Presta-Removing-Function-Purple/dp/B0936NDN8Z)
for the road.
My, that’s a long valve stem you’ve got there.

Press on heads work great even at high pressure
