Hi! Getting new wheels and probably a new casette, for my Grizl 6 AXS which comes with the XPLR 11-44 12s cassette. Can I replace that with a 10-44 xplr for a faster gear on road, or is there some trade off here?

It appears that your cassette may have come off. This is common for some DT Swiss and Fulcrum wheels. You can probably just put it back on. Here is a relevant video for DT wheels https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXJ2ao-Iq14
