Another chapter in the horrible after sales experience with Canyon. I've got the 2022 CFR Ultimate with the SRAM eTAP AXS groupset. Last weekend I almost fell over the handlebar when I had to stop for a red light during my ride, because the right lever suddenly came extremely loose. And guess what? SRAM actually did a recall on this issue! Here is their post: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C2zyJQOhg6l/
But Canyon has never reached out, never informed me, let alone offered assistance.
Their local partner shop is a PITA to deal with. I went there (without knowing about the recall) and they said they need to order the part. But they don't know the price and ETA. I just checked online and there's local stock of the part.
Incompetence all over.

Have you even read the text from your link? They didn’t because according sram they aren’t affected.
At least nothing bad happened.
If I’ve understood correctly, the recall is/was only about shifter that were sold to end-customers. I am not completely sure but, manufacturers get parts in bulk and therefore sometimes the parts are slightly different. Happens quite often in the bicycle/car industry.
> All 12 speed SRAM eTap AXS RED, Force, Rival, and Apex shift-brake levers which were not installed by a
bicycle dealer on a new bicycle are involved in this recall.

I will also double check mine now, but tbh. I also check my bike quite frequently that all parts have correct torque and nothing feels off.
