When I got my Surly Grappler, I had hoped it would be that solid choice as a bike that I could ride just about everywhere comfortably, from paved paths and gravel, but that could also still be fun if I found some more single track trails along the way.
Well this morning it all came to fruition.
I'm on a work trip and brought it along, and I went out to a simple paved greenway path, not thinking much other than to take in a nice morning ride, but found some chunky gravel off shoots of some single track. It was more capable than I expected. A little twitchy with the drop bars as I am new to them, but still not bad at all. Definitely a confidence builder to keep using this thing for just about everywhere!

Nice build, was thinking about going back to the corallitos, I love that shallow drop
