Im not sure if I can post indoor cycling achievements here, but I just wanted to share. Im an endurance runner who got injured last year and decided to start cycling about a month ago. At first I thought I'd hate it, but I had this goal of cycling for an hour straight without stopping. Well, today was that day! I even went 15 minutes over, and very surprised that I maintained over 20 mph.
I use a certain method: There are 8 speeds, so I begin with 2 for 10 minutes, 8 for 10, 3 for 10, 7 for 10, then 4, 6, 5, and then end with 1 for 5 minutes. This is the first time I've been able to complete this successfully.

Nice, I cannot do anything inside for more than 10 minutes. Ride, run, stair master, etc. 74 min is mentally challenging and impressive
