I have a Tektro Aries, mechanical, single lever arm actuated, and my pads are not balanced. Looks like they are tied in. See pic. Less of a gap between the pads at the top of the pic than the bottom. This makes it so the pads won't be parallel to the rotor no matter what caliper adjustment.
Is there a way to fix this?

Ride and use them until they shape to the rotor
The caliper mount on the frame may not be perfectly square to the rotor. You can get a bike shop to “face” your brake mounts, but it’s probably not worth dealing with.
