I now have a Medium Endurace and dare I say it feels a bit like too much bike!
I have tried the small and felt a bit cramped, but after a bike fitting, it felt do-able, but just *looks* too small…for what it is worth…the bike fitter recommended trying a medium.
So now I have a Medium. 1) the handlebars feel BULKY for me. 2) it just feels less 'zippy' or 'snappy', it feels like i'm hauling a bit more of a load… i'm worried I am truly between sizes….
I need some advice from those with similar stories if I should stick it out with a Medium because ill get stronger and better and it will be optimized for me….there is the thought in the back of my head that i will need to swap the cockpit on the Medium for the 90mm (but I actually like the 100mm reach, but the bars are just too big!)

Same identical height, but I am looking at an Aeroad
Will be in Germany next week and will try to get to a Canyon store to get a fit there
I’m 179 and 83 and just ordered a small Endurace… will see if it gets here before the end of the month
I’m 181/85 and got an S. Shorter reach and handlebar width were the things that convinced me to go a little smaller. I feel great on it
