Mech too tight?

I have a SRAM GX AXS 12-Speed Mech, and I’m not the greatest at setting it up (had quite a few issues with it). I followed SRAM’s manuals for setting chain length and B Screw adjustment, and to me this looks too tight on the highest cog (I’m not too sure though). I have attached images of it in largest cog, smallest and somewhere in the middle. Please give opinions.
