Upgraded all peripherals, and went from a funny but inefficient and unreliable 3×2 rétro-directe setup to a more reasonable classic 2-speed rétro-directe.

24/48 when pedaling forwards, 16/48 when pedaling backwards.

To me it's the best of both worlds, I get the simplicity and looks of a singlespeed but I get a starting/bailout gear.

Next step is going to replace the crankset to fix the chainline(s), but it's a Thun one that takes an M9 bolt as a crank puller.
