Even though I seem to be refining and improving my videos, I seem to be getting fewer and fewer views.
Also my 'retention rate' is quite low at around 20-30% depending on the video.
What makes these videos worth your time or not worth your time to watch?
I think the newer videos are better, but I might have lost the plot!

You need to tell a story. You have great footage from your riding but no plot whatsoever. Where are you going? Were there hard days? Easy days? Challenges? What did you learn, etc. For comparison take a look at one of [Greg McCahon’s](https://youtu.be/WTKEc4epWP4?si=wy6Cgy0t4aE6g-d1) videos. He spends quite a bit of time talking and has lots of b-roll
