The Felt is probably the best priced of the bunch. I’d try to take at least $100 off the Trek, it’s far too close to a new Co-Op CTY 1.1 from REI to have V-brakes.
The Specialized is likely a size too big for you – I’m 5’7 and ride between a 50 and 52 depending on brand.
Very different sizes. Go to a bike shop and get fitted first.
