SPD. You need 2 bolt or 5 bolt shoes
SPD clips, should be about $15-20. And the shoes any mountain bike cleat will work, the have the little studs on the sides that help you not slip, when you go from a bench to the bike. The difference between prices is how rigid they are, high end models will have a carbon sole, and BOA tightenings vs just hard sole and Velcro straps on entry level ones. I also highly recommend trying them on at a shop, but if not, it’s usually better to shop based off your EU sizing if you’re going to buy something online. Also have a shop install the clips on the cleats for you, or at least the spinning trainer.
