Maybe a pump and/or CO2
Repair stand
Air compressor
Tubeless tools
And the plethora of oils and greases
Come to think of it, I have to clean out my “bike tools” drawer as it can no longer fit tools + spare parts. Gotta separate it now to just tools and find a place for spare parts.

The rotor thing on a stick is somewhat useful but I find the shim that goes over the rotor for alignment is even better.

I agree you shouldn’t buy specialty tools until you need them but a good driver set will always be useful and it’s not a bad idea to have them on hand before you need them.

You got a cone wrench? Or anything else you’d need for a cone and hub adjustment?

some aliexpress disc brake bleeding kit.
I also couldnt imagine wrenching without ball end hex keys. (for centering disc brake calipers or setting the angle of the saddle).

Knipex Pliers wrench, get the 150 or 180 mm. Great replacement for a set of open end wrenches and is handy for many jobs either on the bike or even just around the house.

If running tight tubeless tires, a Tyre Glider has made my life definitely more pleasant.
Anyway, I see nothing to tension spokes?

Perhaps some cable access rods and accessories for when dealing with internal cabling?

Crank puller? I like vintage steel bikes, so maybe the tools I use are obsolete for your bikes. But some of my favorites are rear derailleur alignment tool. Freewheel removal tools, third hand/cable puller, wheel truing stand

once my bike tools started growing, I realized throwing them all in a box wasn’t working. it seemed like the tools I needed I could never find until dumping the box and sifting through every thing. so I got a dedicated bike tool box with shadow foam inserts. I know where everything at as soon as I need it

Derailleur hanger tool as sometimes needs alignment if it gets a slightly bent

if you use a tool box then eventually your bike toolbox is just to to turn into your regular tool box lol. With that said spoke wrenches, tire levers, headset press (can’t tell if that’s a headset or BB press you have there), a brake bleed kit, a torque wrench, shock pump, regular wrenches. That’s all i can think of right now.
