Listed for $200, will try and talk them down to $175 if this is a decent deal. I’m a casual rider use would mainly be to get around town, 3-5 mile increments as well as commuting occasionally to office about 3 miles round trip. Typically will use bike share in my city, but looking to get something for myself. Is this a decent deal?

Sorry for the crappy picture, it’s presumably an older lady selling it, but condition looks good storage indoors and claims to only have been ridden a few times.
