Faster wheels on Grizl SRAM

Hi! Shopping for a pair of lighter road wheels to turn my Grizl 6 AXS into a road monster! The specs on canyon says my wheel has a shimsno freehub and a SRAM xplore 11-44 cassette. So if I go for the XDR or Shimano option? Anything else I should consider? also 👀at a pair of second hand enve 4.5 wheels which comes with a ultegra cassette, would that work (swapping it out the cassette of course) Thanks all!
