2024 Canyon Ultimate CF SL (purch. around Nov 2024)
never crashed, and when cleaning bike today i noticed a pretty deep gash around the bottom bracket… I'm a lightweight rider around 155lbs so idk what happened 😓 is this covered by warranty? has anyone experienced this before?
