68 is the housing width, 122 is the axle length. It’s a standard BSA square taper bottom bracket, you can get basically any, for example the Shimano BB-UN300. Just make sure it’s BSA, 68mm housing and 122mm axle length
Edit: don’t be alarmed if it says “JIS standard” or something, unless you’re using some italian premium crankset it’s the correct one
Excellent BB, made in Japan, I recently replaced this one on my bike. It worked actively since 2013. Do you have a GT or Mongoose bike?
