Was trying to adjust the seat post height before my ride and suddenly the hex wrench broke inside the screw. Any ideas or I’m fucked real bad this time.

I guess your nails are too long to fix it. Take the bike to a shop and they will fix it for you.
If this happens again don’t despair, it’s an easy fix if you have the tools, which most shops do.
