The saddle on my bike regularly shifts, it leans backwards when shaking. The screws seem quite tight though.
Any advice or ideas?

Apply more carbon paste to your seatpost, then tighten it with the corresponding Newtonmeters.
Canyon manuals show the usage on way to little carbon paste on these two part seatposts.
The tilt on this saddle is controlled by the 2 parts of the post sliding against each other. If you take the post out fully there is a screw at the bottom which may need tightening first.
