Pannier storage solutions for e-bike with rear battery

Hey all,

I have a Btwin Original 920e e-bike and I’m trying to figure out a good way to add pannier-style storage. The issue is that the battery case is mounted right where a traditional pannier rack would usually go, so that rules out most standard rack setups.

Pannier bags that hang off the sides are still an option, but I’m really interested in something that can be more securely attached to the bike itself — maybe even something DIY or a bit unconventional.

Anyone else run into this problem? I’d love to hear how you solved it, or any creative storage solutions you’ve come up with. All suggestions are welcome.
