Does anyone have any idea what the hell these things are? I’ve met them after I rode over 1000km. No chemical smell, impossible to remove by tools or knives, but still good to ride.

I remember there was another post like this about Michelins, maybe a year or two ago.
It looks to be a material problem with some Michelin tires.

At first glance it looks like the rubber is coming off your sidewall and exposing the threads of the tire. You definitely have other exposed threads in the third picture. It might be good for now but it might be ready to blow out the side

Regardless, those tires are shot and need to be replaced. The rolling band is dried up, cracked and delaminating from the carcass.
