If you’re bothered by dings and scratches, pick up some Ride Wrap or some other protective film. I did the same thing on my second ride on my new carbon Scalpel in almost the same spot as you.

I had a full on crack on my carbon seat stay. Rode it HARD 3 times before I noticed it when I was cleaning it. You’re good.

I have something very similar on my gravel bike and since then I have ridden it for 4 years on road and xc trails. I painted over the gash with clear nail polish and covered in 3m helicopter tape to protect it a bit. No issues at all. Get it checked by a carbon repair shop for peace of mind (I did) but it really looks superficial as long as you keep monitoring it

Seal coat over the exposed fingers. If you see any sort of crack, bring the bike to the carbon repair person. Carbon repairs are fairly affordable now and will make the spot stronger than the original carbon.

Those gashes look deep like all the way to the foam core deep. If so will need pro repair.

Shit (wo)man. Not a whole lot you can really do now. It’s been hit and scratched now the integrity of the carbon is compromised.. I hate to say it but I would have to suggest binning it for your own sake in the name of safety. Disposal costs are pretty high up there these days, though. Better send it to me, and you have my word, I will dispose of it appropriately for you. Check your dms

I bought a ripmo thats full of dings like that for cheap. Rode it hard and never changed a bit.
If you want the new(er) look back, take it to a boat repair shop and have it matched and gelcoated.
