100% this is why I think a gravel bike with at least 40mm wheels is the best all round bike for most people unless you live in an area with perfect tarmac.

Just be careful riding on grassy sections like the 1st pic. Grass on the roadside can hide holes and ditches that will test your skill level unexpectedly.
