It all comes down to consequences. Is a blow out going to get you killed, or is it just an inconvenience?
When in doubt throw switch them out . Peace of mind and reliability
These tires have seen some shit. Was that 1800 over like 10 seasons? Mine bought last year have seen 2800 miles YTD and look nothing close to yours. Get new ones. $70 tire replacement now or $17000 ER bill later.
I’d switch. It’s probably safe to account for new tires about once a year or so if you ride a lot
The rubber is dry, which means compromised grip
If you skid while braking, I’d get rid of them. Otherwise ok for light duty and good weather
