On the college campus I work at we have a smooth concrete path around a pond. Whenever I bike there I ride around it a couple of times. Sometimes I joke about maybe doing something like this (not 100 miles though; I don’t even go that far on regular rides!)

Did you at least change direction at one point?
Not only annual, also annular!
