I worked on a tunnel project in HK 1999, the company had ex-Gurkha soldiers as security, they had a way of being polite but firm. I would say 90% of HK business's had them and my apartment block had four on duty each shift. After ten too many I fell out a cab and was then escorted to my door, the next day they enquired to see if I was OK. Great guys, but did you notice all the time he was talking with you, his eyes were on a swivel doing his security job.
This is a tough one, since they did commit an offence but we could also use disgression
