Honestly it’s preference. I have all my cables (two) routed on the left side of my frame. Rear brake hose and derailleur. If I were you though I’d shorten the cables and hoses as much as possible to make it look cleaner. And as someone else mentioned the front brake hose should go on the inside of the stancion between the wheel and the fork leg so it doesn’t get snagged on anything.

Everything I’m finding suggests that the front brake cable should always be the furthest forward. I’m beginning to suspect the handle bars were installed improperly and need flipped.

Front brake line should be in front of all cables.
Needs some reassembly work, possibly need to cut the hose. Give it to a mechanic.
