I wanted to give my 2 cents on the newest SRAM Force D2 2023 Model. I recently purchased an Endurace CF SLX and overall been pretty unhappy with the group set after 60+ miles of riding. I’m really good at wrenching bikes and work on my SRAM AXS transmission MTB frequently. Between rear gearing being raspy along middle cassette cogs and front derailleur slipping several times (both slipping down of small chainring and off the large chainring outward), i’m tempted to return the bike and go with Ultegra Di2 instead.
I’ve already spent countless hours reviewing SRAM manuals, Youtube videos, etc. adjusting the rear derailleur (limits, b-tension using SRAM alignment tool, microadjusting) and front derailleur (limits, positioning with SRAM tool, etc.) and can’t get it be consistently smooth / consistent. I thought I was going crazy thinking how loud the drivetrain was, but double checked my 12 year old 10-speed Rival mechanical drivetrain which has been bulletproof and dead silent in comparison. With all the latest SRAM marketing about front derailleur being ‘better’ than previous iteration, I’m honestly pretty disappointed.
Can someone tell me if my expectations are too high expecting a drivetrain that is as smooth and silent on 12 speed as on older 10 speed drivetrains?

Check your gap on the fork. Seems to be too big. But awesome bike!
