Urgent help with this deal!

This is the bike, it’s a 2014 Pinarello 60.1 (that’s what’s listed as) has Shimano Ultegra but I’m looking at the rear derailleur and it looks like a durace 7900, regardless it’s on sale for 700 euro comes with pedals and those wheels, apparently carbon, is this good deal? Or meh) I asked more pictures tomorrow so what do I ask for the guy to take pictures??
