Could be a lot of things. Sounds like chain and derailleur rubbing? One thing I always notice is some people don’t grease the threads of their pedals. Try to undo your pedals, apply grease, and then re-torque them down. It’s a huge source of creaking.

Could be very well the BEARING inside by your pedals!! I dont know the term, but my brother got a new canyon neuron 5 i believe it was. And it made this kind of sound whitin a couple of weeks,. I always ride with him so i know the sound, anyway. It was something with the bearings where you pedals go in or trough, it was not tighting enough or something. I would advice to go to the bikeshop… Because it can destroy the bearing i believe…

  3. Try removing the chain and recreating the sound while going down a hill or something if it still makes the sound then you know it’s not the drive train and your next step would be inspecting the pedals , crank arms or the bottom bracket

Put the bike on a repair stand and look for the source. Sounds like the chain is not sitting right somewhere.
    Also your rotor is rubbing.

  5. You forgot to take the factory installed clock out of the downtube. It’s only there for timing purposes.

when a chain has a tight/stuck link it can make this noise. you use a chainbreaker tool on the stuck link once you find it and just release a little pressure. not sure but something to check

  7. Looks like a very new bike. I would rule out the pedals, but if If the bike is very new I would roll it into the shop and ask them if they can have a quick look. My local Trek shop has been very helpfull.

Honestly is can be anything, chain, deraileur, chainring, cranks, BB
