It’s possible that the tube wasn’t fully enclosed by the tire when you inflated it. If a small part of the tube peeks out from between the tire bead and the rim, it’ll blow when you get about 40 psi or so in it.
Check that the tube is uniformly inserted in the rim and tire. Inflate slowly and watch for any gap forming between the tire bead and the rim. If you see one, stop pumping and quickly push the valve release to lower the pressure. Re-insert the tube and try again.

Did this happen while you were riding or when you were airing them up after installing?

unsure if it means anything but thats also a presta valve on the box!

It’s not the tube’s fault, either sometime sharp is in there or the tube is jumping out of the tire. If you post a picture of the hole in the tube we can tell you

General rule of thumb is if a tire blows off the bead is damaged from the blowout and you need new rubber. Not saying that’s 100% or you can’t get away with it but that’s what I know and have seen.

I can’t be sure but your tire looks like it has the dry rots.
It might be that one of the cracks has opened enough for the tube to bubble-gum out of it and explode. Happened to me twice before I realised, in a small room too. Fun times 😀
