I hope you have a crazy long seatpost in that thing. That’s a huge amount of stress if you don’t have the seatpost deep enough to go past the top tube. Especially considering you have no seatstays to take any of the load. I’d be inclined to weld in some seat stays from the top bike to the dropouts.

When I used to build tall bikes as a teen, I’d flip the bottom frame and just use it’s BB shell. Created some weird geometry, but worked out alright.
This looks pretty good, but the mismatched frame angles are *just close enough* to bug me.
