I bought a used Brompton with a broken axle hook, so I got a new one from Brompton. When I installed it, it was too low to lock the front to the back with the axle hook. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

Is the saddle / seatpost all the way down?
Lower stop disc adjusted ok?
It’s difficult to see when seeing just part of the bike
