Some time ago, my front brakes stopped working like they did before. Funny thing is that the rear brakes(2 piston) work better than the front ones(4 psitons).
I tried cleaning the pads and rotors with isopropylic alchool and even sanded them with 240 grit sandpaper. The pads(semi-metallic) don't seem deteriorated.
I got the bike brand new 4 months ago and these are the stock components. I am looking to upgrade in the near future but till then i don't want to end up in a tree.
Thanks for any help!

Need to see the pads. If pads are intact, you may just need a quick bleed. If the pads are worn, you need new pads and a bleed.
If the lever is spongey you need to bleed them
You maybe fatter now
Did you send the pads or just the rotors? Did you properly bed them in when you got the bike? Did you bee them in after you sanded them? Is there something else on the bike that’s contaminating the pad?
Your rotor wear pattern indicates the fork to caliper adapter might be the wrong size.
What size is printed on the rotor?
It’s the rear one
Tektro is that brand that works exceptionally well until it doesn’t and in that point upgrading/replacing is your best choice.
Maybe the pads got glassed, maybe the brake has air, maybe is slightly contaminated, maybe the master went bad. Lots of maybes.
1.- Rotate the brake pads and rotor back to the front/front to back (if the disc are different size skip this, or borrow parts from other bike to test this)
Test to see if the braking stays the same. If it does your problem is internal. Try to bleed the system, check for oil leaks in the caliper pistons, hose nuts, check the hose for kinks.
If it does change, then your issue is rotor and brake pad, replace them
