I have never really owned skinwall tires before, so I have a hard time judging if it is already time to replace these or not. The rubber itself look okay; slighly dryish with enough thickness left. However there are some spots where the sides of the black rubber starts to come loose from the tan sidewall. The tan sidwall itself also has seen better times.
There is literally no elevation changes in my area, so I am not really afraid of accidents in case of a flat tire. However I do already have new tires ready to be put on, so if they are truly at the end of their life I would rather just replace them instead of dealing with flats.

Look 90% done, I’d ride them until new tires were delivered.
I zoomed in and see lots of perished rubber, I’d replace them.
Something else I can’t see well is if you have brake blocks for carbon rims, those blocks look like regular rubber? If I’m wrong, ignore but if that’s rubber you should get the ones for carbon rims.
