I am considering purchasing an endurance cf 7 as my first official road bike. I have done ragbrai and a handful of other distance tours so this feels like the right choice. The issue I have when looking is what size I should get. I am 5'11'(180cm) and have an inseam of 31 inches (79cm) apparently I have short legs. The website recommends a small but I can't help thinking I should go with medium due to my height? I visited a local bike shop and they recommended a 56cm or possibly even 54cm trek domane and was told to go with the smaller of the two if I'm between two sizes.

I think the Small.. with the Medium your Seat would have to be too low
