Day 2 of training for my TDF charity ride in Spain. Felt good to get a 200km in with a nice climb (Peurto del Peregri). Another day where there was quite a bit of headwind, but loved the ride as usual & the smooth Spanish tarmac was bliss! The video seems to have uploaded at a faster speed so sorry for my even faster than usual speaking!
So grateful that Escapar have invited me to stay to help me with my TDF training – https://www.escapar.cc

Thank you for taking the time to film your adventures. I really enjoy watching and listening. I walk and run a lot, and I can recognise that joy of adventure in your voice as take us round.
Another stunning ride Amy, amazing effort into those headwinds👍Just as well you took your jacket this time with no Nigel to rescue you😉I'm planning a big ride for Thursday, at least 100 miles and it should be dry…its Scotland though so I will be prepared😂
Hi Amy. Great video. You are the best. You make hundreds of melonies look dead easy. I wish I could say the same, and I'm in pretty good shape!! Keep the love, keep on riding, you're doing brilliantly. I'm sure you are inspiriing people to go out on a bike. Looking forward to your next vid. TTFN.
Did she say rabbits and chicken?
Whaaat the power is out ? Might as well go out for 200km 😉 . I heard that if you put bananas next to your legs , the magical banana powers transfer directly in 😊
"Oh, Kyle. I made it to Canada!"
"What? Are you using the Garmin?"
What a job you have now . Lovely accommodation and hosts , even a sandwich made for ya 😅 yr going well girl ❤
Buenos nochas Amy. Hope you're having a great time. Really enjoy your vlogs. Don't forget the electrolytes!!!
I'm falling in love with Spain – thanks Amy!

You're the best Amy ❤
Glad you weren't there during the power outage. You might have found that stressful.
Looks so good Amy ❤ 😊
that's a better video…the last one looked like a local nursery home team ride.
That looked like an amazing ride. So glad your training is coming along. (BTW, it "don't blow a gasket" not "… casket" 🤔🙃)
Top handlebar sandwich balancing skills! Well…almost. Loving the training videos, a week in the sun I must do soon. As always, you're an inspiration!
You look so relaxed and happy on your bike. One cannot but smile too😃 Keep riding and posting Amy!
That was great. You always make me chuckle inside while watching you.
Amy, you’re a funny girl 🙂 you made a great statement about not bonkng or blowing a gasket but you had just started a 120 mile training ride; for the rest of us mere mortals, that pretty much sounds like you’re pushing yourself to the limit! Anyway, I was thinking about your upcoming tour ride and the distances you’ll be riding and also about your hydration and it would be a good to pre-hydrate with your electrolytes on hot days or longer distances it will make you more heat resilient and help keep your performance at a higher level for longer as well. I just watched your endurance race over night and saw how intensely thirsty you became; and awesome sauce job on that ride as well! Lastly, my new favorite phrase is “look, I’m in the middle of a tree sandwich!” 🙂
Great job!
an other awesome ride ,congrats ,and thx for this video
You can't beat a good 40 winks after a ride to recover and regenerate. I love the way you say just 8000 feet of climbing x
i told you before there are a specific breed of dogs for protecting sheep and land they don't go back with some water be very careful ! As far as I saw in the UK from your videos and others, there are no such dogs, but in Spain there will be ! The one you passed was similar, usually they are bigger ! Your training is going well enough, keep going !

Hi Amy, when you take a rain jacket with you where do you keep it?
