I want to get a bike. I’m highly seduced on getting a fixed gear bike because of all of the reasons you know. I was into getting a cheap but functional brand of my country and I was even talking with a guy to get one used. I was also thinking on buying a used Aventon Cordoba in very good condition, but now I got the impulse of just getting an old road bike and converting it to a fixie and slowly improving the whole build of it. Now I’ve read some comments here saying that you online need a basic frame but good tires, gear and handlebars. What do you think? I would be getting this for around 80 dollars

spelling correction: “you ONLY need a basic frame…”
Looks fine to me but a no name frame for $80 is a little steep. Try to find something 70s or 80s made of some form of butted chromoly. I bought my motobecane grand Jublié for $100 and it has full Reynolds 531 tubing. I like to find bikes that have the rear tire closers to the seat tube. Shorter wheel base usually makes me think it’s higher end in the manufacturers line up (which this bike has).
