I feel like the answer is very obviously no, but also that should be an adjustable element of a bike in my experience…
I can see how I can bring it forward, but I'm a woman and need to tilt it as well as it's giving me backache.
If the answer is no, can I get a different mount or something that does have that option?

loosen silver screw under the seat, adjust tilt then tighten screw
See how the lower of the two clamps that grabs the rail, is curved front-to-back on its bottom (with serrations for grip). That is where the tilt action is… You may need to loosen the single bolt quite a bit more than just loosening the grip on the rails before it will jump over the serrations to give you a change of angle….
Single bolt clamps like the one shown are known to fail and be difficult to keep in one set position. A two bolt clamp one front and one back of the seat post can be micro adjusted and stay tight.
