I have two Bromptons and I noticed that one of them folds flush and the other one does not!
As you can see in the pics, the two touching points are worn on one bike but on the second one they are untouched. The frame connects only on the upper part of the fold. I don't think it should be this way, should I be worried?

If it’s only contacting on the top part of the hinge id check your frame hinge for any wobble. If it’s loose it will need replacing. Would be unlikely that it’s been welded wrong at the factory but worth checking if there’s no contact at the bottom of the hinge as it should be.

It does look as though the hinge on the second bike isn’t quite square and the clamp faces are not meeting up together.
Clamp the hinge up to normal torque – can you see a gap on the lower (unmarked) part? Can you slide a cigarette paper or similar into the gap?
Friction? Paint is not scratch proof
Yea, check the hinge pin to see if there is play in the hinge.
