Hello, this is my brand new mountain bike since middle/high school. I want to get into this hobby so I started at what I think a good entry level bike would be (or at least I think so). From seasoned people around for a bike like this what would be my first top 3 upgrades?
The local trek shop go tubeless asap, but these are brand new tires and I should get some miles on them. I would like to hear from the community what parts would be a very noticeable addition to this Fuel Ex 5? Thanks

You should be able to run your current tires tubeless. Top 3 upgrades would be.. wheels and hubs, 4 piston brakes with bigger rotors, suspension.
Okay, so the bike can do tubeless another reason I got it. What would a decent tubeless setup cost would you think?
Again I’m not mobbing down giant tracks, just fun occasional up and down trying to build skill then I’ll tackle something really exciting when I get to learn how this bike rides. I’ve only road it in the neighborhood, but tomorrow I’m hitting a fun easy trail with a friend.
